Window of opportunity

Our new 3-month coaching program was born from our own deep experience in making a significant change.

To gain more insight into the cause of a physical complaint, we started with a 3-month sugar-free and low-carb diet on the advice of Dr. Nadyia Popel after a consultation. By engaging with this diet, various processes began to unfold in different areas, processes we hadn't realized were so interconnected. Emotions like anger, sadness, pain, and fear all surfaced—everything came into play.

For us, the process that arises when embarking on a major change and adjustment can be divided into four different areas of life: the body, the way of living, the emotional balance, and the connection to the spiritual question, "AM I HAPPY WITH THE WAY I AM LIVING NOW?"—and not seen from the mind, but from the heart.

Since we underwent this 3-month journey together and are both energy therapists, we were able to clearly identify and recognize everything that surfaced and immediately work through the associated pain points. We have successfully integrated the change into our lives.

Because we experienced this journey so deeply, we also understand how challenging it is to take a step towards a major change. The influence of our environment is significant—judgment, family pressure, breaking habits... We've gained a clear understanding of the different processes in both of us and how important the connection between the themes is to reach a true solution to a problem. It doesn't matter which area of life you start with; you will go through whatever is necessary for the healing process.

The program consists of 10 sessions, each 1 hour long, spread over 3 months. In these sessions, there is space to share your experience, explore what is challenging, and together we will investigate where the exact pain point lies.

We will discuss your options in your specific situation together.

The goal of this program is to support YOU in your change, so you don't have to go through it alone.

You can schedule an introductory meeting via the link below for questions and more information.

Here is a practical example of how to ask questions related to the different areas of life, for instance, in the case of stomach pain:

• Body: What does the pain in my stomach say about my health and my way of eating?

• Living conditions: When exactly do I experience stomach pain?

• Emotional management: How do I feel when I have stomach pain?

• Spiritual healing: What exactly do I feel when I describe the pain in my stomach?

The information that emerges from these questions forms the basis of what is needed to make changes
